Refund Policy

Gathered is in early access, and nothing on it is sold: keeping a house, and sending a book, a pop-up card, an awards night or a treasure hunt, are all free. So there is nothing to refund.

If something doesn’t work

Photographs or recordings that will not load, a link or a key that will not open, a house or a book that does not display properly: write to support@gatheredalbum.org and tell us what happened, and we will fix it.

Deleting what you made

You can delete a book and everything in it at any time, from your dashboard, or a house or anything else by writing to us. Deleting is free and always available.

When paid versions arrive

Before anything is charged, this page will say what happens when something you paid for goes wrong. Everything you keep or send during early access stays free for as long as Gathered runs. So nothing you keep or send now will ever need a refund.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page affects the rights you have under the consumer law where you live, which come first wherever they apply.
