I lost my organizer link

Sign in with your Gathered email and password, open Organizer account, and choose “Open album.” This normal account access does not change any contributor or recipient link.

A contribution has not appeared

Open the organizer dashboard and choose “Check for new contributions” under Settings & security. This asks Gathered for the latest saved submissions. A contributor should see a confirmation and private edit link after a successful submission.

Can the organizer edit someone else’s contribution?

No. Organizers can view and listen, reorder pages, hide a page from the final album, or remove it. Only the contributor’s private edit link can change their words and media.

Audio shows the wrong length

Wait briefly for the recording metadata to load. If it still shows 0:00, reload once and confirm the original file plays on the contributor’s device. The beta accepts MP3, WAV, OGG, WebM, and M4A files up to 25 MB.

I need my data or want the whole gift deleted

From the organizer dashboard, open “Settings & security.” You can download a structured copy of the album data or permanently delete the gift and all uploaded media. Deletion cannot be undone.

I think a private link was shared

Open Organizer account, expand Security beside that album, and rotate all private links. This is separate from normal album access and invalidates every existing organizer, invitation, and recipient link.
